• ABEND0C4 in DSN3AB00+14C occurs in DB2 caused by CQMMAB71 during
  -913.
  DB2 handles a TIMEOUT -913.
  DSNXEEZ attempts to pass control to DSN3AB00 to handle the
  ABORT. In
   the process of PCing to the ABORT processor

   ... intercepts this CALL. In this case, rc00F30014 occurs. In
  another
   case, an ABEND0C4 in DSN3AB00+14C occurs.
  DB2 abends.
  
  Other customer reported symptoms include:
  
  * lost all communications with other applications including
    - BMC utilities,
    - Fileaid,
    - SPUFI and
    - QMF.
  * had to modify DB2 down to get it back.
