The UNLOAD process has to move segment records that resides
above 16M into the temporary USR buffer, which resided below
16MB virtual, because the user exit passed to DFSORT assumed to
run under 24-bit addressing.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The user exit passed to DFSORT, is changed to run under 31-bit
addressing. Therefore it eliminates redundancy statements and
processes. As a result, CPUTIME is decreased.

The macro HFPUCHG has been modified to support the new APAR
prefix 'PK'.
