APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Product can misinterpret which active log is the current active
  log (the one DB2 is currently writing to) when the DB2 subsystem
  is not configured for any archiving. This can cause failure
  during direct access to the first log record needed, resulting
  in no records processed (return code=2).
