Error description

  • After you upgrade IBM Case Manager interim fix 006 or later, and
    you have external data service (EDS) configured on your
    solution, you receive a FNRPA0490E error when you try to save a
    work item.
    
    The error message is:
    A value for the <property_name> property does not exist and an
    external data service has specified that a value is required.
    
    A similar error is logged in the application server logs:
