Error description

  • In "Importing IBM Business Automation Workflow Case assets by
    using a solution package"

    Workflow documentation and "Importing IBM Case Manager assets by
     using a solution package"
    (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSCTJ4_5.3.3/com
    .ibm.casemgmt.design.doc/acmdc052.htm) in the IBM Case Manager
    documentation, the Tip has the following incorrect information:
    
    "By default, the Import Solution wizard is configured to display
    the target principal mapping step to users. You can hide the
    target principal mapping from users by clearing the Enable
    target principal mapping when importing assets check box in the
    wizard."
    
    The Enable target principal mapping when importing assets check
    box is not in the Import wizard. It is in the Case Manager
    Administration plug-in in the Navigator Admin desktop, which
    means it is set for the entire environment rather than for a
    specific solution's import process.

Local fix

  • The Enable target principal mapping when assets are imported
    check box is actually available in the Case Manager
    administration plugin in the IBM Content Navigator Admin
    desktop.
