APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a string field value in the Inbasket widget contains
  special characters, such as (,),[,],{,},!,%,|,?, the tooltip is
  not showing for a value that is partially hidden when the user
  hovers over the cell.
  
  The issue only occurs on Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE8 or
  IE9).  It cannot be reproduced on any version of Mozilla Firefox
  (FF).
  
  The issue only occurs when the column width is set to be
  narrow enough to hide part of the value.
  

Local fix

• Widen the Inbasket column manually in the UI so as to allow the
  values to be displayed in their entirety (with no need for
  tooltips) or narrow it sufficiently to force the tooltips to
  display.
