Error description

• SMF maps are defined as sequential data sets. The data set name
  can be substituted at execution time using a VTB rule or global
  variable. The name can also be the name of a log stream. The SQL
  Engine is not informed of this fact until the allocate routine
  is called, which is too late to build the LS_TIMESTAMP column.
