Error description
The Common Services Library Scrub utility is incorrectly scrubbing the IMS x'5954' and x'5957' records. These records do not contain user/customer data and do not need to be scrubbed. In addition, the scrub utility is not correctly formatting the IMS x'5920' log record in some circumstances so this will be addressed as well.
