Error description

• When user tries to access option "8. Work with Profiles" in CQM
  ISPF client, ISPF client shows message:
  CQM155E - ERROR OPENING RSQA.CQMPM330.PROFILES. RETURN CODE 08
  ACBERFLG=X'98'
  
  ISPF client should require only READ access for CQMPROF dataset
  for viewing monitoring profiles. UPDATE access is only needed
  for creating new profiles or updating existing profiles.
