  • 1) When dynamic allocation fails for shadow data set of HALDB,
    the data set name should be shown in a WTO message.
    2) Even when dynamic allocation fails, the Data Set Information
       report should be printed.

       show the data set name
       HPSG0102E DYNAMIC ALLOCATION FAILED FOR DDNAME=PHIO01BN:
                 RC=04,RSN=1708
       HPSG0125E DSN=RSTEST.OSFCT305.PHIO0100.B00002.Z
       (DDN=PHIO01BN)
    2. When dynamic allocation fails, the Data Set Information
       report is printed although some shadow data set names might
       be resolved.
