PI98503: ORF FAILS WHEN CALLING DATA CONVERSION EXITS DURING THE APPLY PHASE

Error description

• When a database uses a data capture exit, an ORF job can fail
  during the Apply phase. ORF should not call the data capture
  exit when applying change records to the shadow database.

  When a database uses a data capture exit, ORF job can fail
  during the Apply phase because the data capture exit is called.
  ORF should not call data capture exit when applying change
  records to the shadow database, because any updates to the
  database have already been captured in the online region.
  

Problem conclusion

• The program has been modified so that it will not call data
  capture exit during the Apply phase.
