PI98406: CQM V3.3 TC/Z CUSTOMIZATION DOES NOT DISCOVER ALL DEFINED DB2'S IN QM 3.2

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Query Monitor v3.3 TC/z customization currently only DISCOVERs
  one of the Db2's defined in a previous Query Monitor v3.2
  install.
  This enhancement enables multiple Db2's that may be defined to
  Query Monitor v3.2 to be detected and added by the
  SCQMDENU(CQMDISCO) DISCOVER EXEC.
  

Local fix

• To monitor more than one Db2 subsystem from this CQM subsystem,
  add the Db2 subsystem information manually.
