PI97751: CA 11 VALUE PROMPT NOT SAVING PROMPT VALUE FROM HTML REPORT OUTPUT PAGE WHEN SELECTING RUN AS EXCEL FROM REPORT RUN OPTIONS

Error description

• Run simple cognos report based on Go Sales (query), one list
  object containing Retailer Country column, there is a Value
  prompt that filter list based on user selection, running report
  in html report format and selecting one country from available
  options and filter works and report returns list containing only
  one country as per selection, from same web browser page where
  html reprot output is displayed from run select pdf output
  format and pdf report output format returns same list content
  containing only one country as per filter selection, issue is
  when selecting to run report in Excel output format, excel
  output format returns entire data set and no filter is applied
  when report is run from existing html report output page in
  excel report output format.
  
  This used to work in Cognos 10.2.2
