Error description

• Adding a trailing "/" to an API's base path generates a test
  URL on the Swagger UI test client that results in 404 resource
  not found when using the "Try it out!" button.
  
  The following message is reported:
  BAQR7040E: Resource <resource_name> not found.

  When the base path of an API is specified with an ending slash
  ("/"),  calling the deployed API from the embedded Swagger UI
  resulted in a BAQR7040E error message stating that the resource
  is not found.

• The API toolkit has been updated to not allow an ending slash in
  the API base path.
  
  The fix for this APAR is expected to be delivered in the
  V3.0.5.0 release of the z/OS Connect EE API toolkit.
