  CICS and ODBA applications pauser uses a different method from
  BMP pauser to determine if there are any pause requests from ORF
  jobs on a database. The both pausers should use the method of
  BMP pauser because it adds less overhead than the current method
  of CICS and ODBA applications pauser.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS and ODBA applications pauser is modified to use the same
  method as BMP pauser to determine if a pause is requested on a
  database.
