Error description

• This APAR forward-fits the following DBSP2.1 APARs:
  PI93355: ORF job can get ABENDS0C1 at the end of the Completion
           phase
  PI93730: BMP jobs can get ABENDS0C4 when ORF BMP pauser is
           enabled
  PI95730: ORF job can cause pointer errors when an index has an
           overflow data set

  This APAR forward-fits the following DBSP V2.1 APARs to ORF V1.1
  PI93355: ORF job can get ABEND S0C1 at the end of the
          Completion phase
  PI93730: BMP jobs can get ABEND S0C4 when ORF BMP pause feature
          is enabled
  PI95730: ORF job can cause pointer errors when an index has an
          overflow data set
  Below are the summaries of the problems:
  - ORF job occasionally gets ABEND S0C1 when ORF terminates its
   subtasks at the end of the Completion phase. This problem
   occurs when an external interruption (such as clock comparator
   event) happens to occur right after ORF issues a POST against
   its subtask's ECB to terminate the subtask.
  - A BMP job whose TCB's TCBJLB field does not point any DCB
   gets  ABEND S0C4 when ORF BMP pause feature is enabled. The
   TCBJLB field can be 0 if the job has neither JOBLIB, STEPLIB
   nor TASKLIB.
  - ORF job can fail with the FABP1951E and FABP1994E errors when
   the database has a secondary index with an overflow data set.
  - ORF job can cause the FABP0971E error when a secondary index
   with an overflow data set is reorganized.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made to ORF:
  - The job termination processing has been modified so the
   currently-running module will not be released.
  - ORF BMP pauser has been modified so that it will not access
   the JOBLIB DCB when the TCBJLB field of the jobstep TCB is 0.
  - The program has been modified so that it will not write extra
   blank records at the end of the CI of an overflow data set.
