PI96116: IMS TOOLS DISCOVER UTILITY (HKTDDSC0) GETS ABEND S80A OR SC78 AFTER A LOT OF HKTD494W MESSAGES

Error description

• IMS Tools Discovery Utility HKTDDSC0 issues HKTD494W message
  when DBD is defined incorrectly or DBD is not defined to RECON
  data sets.
  HKTD494W VALIDATION FAILED - DBD xxxxxxxxx SKIPPED
  
  After IMS Tools Discovery Utility issues the HKTD494W message,
  it should release a CPOOL buffer for processing the DBD,
  however, it does
  not release the CPOOL buffer. When HKTD494W messages are issued
  for thousands of DBDs, IMS Tools Discovery Utility job becomes
  storage shortage and causes ABEND S80A or SC78.

  After IMS Tools Discovery Utility issues the HKTD494W message,

  When HKTD494W messages are issued for thousands of DBDs,
  IMS Tools Discovery Utility job becomes storage shortage and
  causes ABEND S80A or SC78.

• This APAR fixes HKTDWRDB to release the unused strage correctly.
  In addition, the following members are reassembled: HKTDDSC0
  HKTDELDB HKTDELGP HKTDELPB HKTDWRGP HKTDWRPB
