Error description

• While processing tens of thousands of LOAD LOG YES log records,
  several places within Log Analysis Tool may experience slow
  downs due to some algorithms not scaling well for the volume
  being processed.
  This APAR will provide better scaling for the volume of
  records for large LOAD utilities.
  

Local fix

• Setting "Misc flags" to 'L' under certain circumstance may allow
  a job to finish must faster. Please see the online help for
  the "Misc flags" parameter for a description and restrictions of
  High speed mode with LOAD LOG YES.
