PI93684: TASK TIMING INCONSISTENCIES

Error description

• Task timing popup for tasks doesn't show up sometimes, task
  timing information doesn't update sometimes, task row isn't
  updated with new timing formation on action, tasks lose row
  timing after closing task dialog.

Problem conclusion
