PI93355: ORF OCCASIONALLY GETS ABENDS0C1 WHEN TERMINATING ITS SUBTASKS ATEND OF COMPLETION PHASE

Error description

• ORF job occasionally gets ABENDS0C1 when ORF terminates its
  subtasks at the end of the Completion phase. This problem occurs
  when an external interruption (such as clock comparator event)
  happens to occur right after ORF issues a POST against its
  subtask's ECB to terminate the subtask.

  ORF job occasionally gets ABEND S0C1 when ORF terminates its
  subtasks at the end of the Completion phase. This problem occurs
  when an external interruption (such as clock comparator event)
  happens to occur right after ORF issues a POST against its
  subtask's ECB to terminate the subtask.
  

Problem conclusion

• The job termination processing got ABEND S0C1 because the
  currently running module was released due to an unexpected early
  termination of a subtask. This APAR modifies the job termination
  processing so the active module will not be released.
  This APAR also fixes a problem error that can occasionally cause
  ABEND S0C4 at the beginning of the Apply phase.
