  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Cumulative enhancements and fixes for   *
  *                      the Policy Services.                    *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  Following enhancements are provided.
  1. Policy Services Setup: Select Domain panel adds a field that
  shows whether exception messages will be sent during phase 1 of
  policy evaluation. This parameter is set in the Policy Services
  Setup: Select XCF Group Name panel.
  2. A new data element, DB_FLAG_SENSOR_DBINFO is added. This data
  element is a flag that shows whether the SENSOR_DBINFO option of
  Database Sensor is specified or not.
  Following issues are resolved.
  1. The BSN7005W message is issued when a requested policy is not
  found in the RECON locale, even though it is not a warning
  situation. The BSN7005W message will be replaced with the BSN700
  message.
  2. The e-mail notification message did not contain closing text
  and end of mail session indicator in some cases.
  3. When Delegate delivery type=TEXTING is specified in the
  Update TSO Delivery Type panel, The error "Invalid delegate
  delivery type. " is issued.
  4. If conditional reorganization is requested and maintenance
  environment is not promoted, ABENDS0C4 occurs after BSN1637E is
  issued.
