APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The IBM WebSphere Application server web server plugin for
  iPlanet/SunOne web server reverses the "305 - Use Proxy" and
  the "503 - Service temporarily unavailable" responses.
  

Local fix

  Plugin will send a 503 (service temporarily unavailable)
  instead of 305 (use proxy server) and vice versa.
  

Problem conclusion

• Plugin modified to send correct response codes.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.14 and 9.0.0.7.  Please refer to the Recommended
