PI92706: ENHANCEMENT TO DRIVE THE DDX COMMAND AUTOMATICALLY DURING AGENT START-UP

Error description

• This enhancement will cause the IMS STAP agent to internally
  issue the DDX command at address space start-up to simplify the
  determination of IMS STAP component maintenance levels without
  requiring a manual command. The maintenance levels for each
  module will be written out to the AUILOG sysout stream. This
  enhancement will also cause the IMS STAP agent to issue a
  message (AUIJ010I)  in the AUILOG sysout stream to indicate the
  Version/Release level of the base level of IMS STAP code during
  IMS STAP start-up. This enhancement will also document the
