  messages in CEXPRINT:
  1). CEX5098E Internal error 0401008B.
  INFO=80012DEE/0000000800000002
  2). CEX5098E Internal error 040100C6.
  INFO=800031CE/0187003600000002
  The conditions for this error to occur are:
  1). The application list in the system definition has one or
  more entries
  2). No transactions defined

  Corrected RC checking in CEXCONS to no longer treat no
