PI92527: MISSING PAGES WITH IC FROM SLB WITH EXTENDED PAGE TABLESPACES/INDEXSPACES

Error description

• DB2 V11 adds support for extended pages to store expanded
  RBA/LRNS. This feature is controlled by 2 ZPARM members;
  OBJECT_CREATE_FORMAT and UTILITY_OBJECT_CONVERSION.
  Objects can also be converted to the new page format during
  a REORG with the RBALRSN_CONVERSION keyword.
  Recovery Expert does not recognize the extended pages during
  the IC from SLB processing and skips them, resulting in
  missing pages from the image copy.
