PI92516: EMPTY USER CATALOG NOT UNALLOCATED DURING SYSTEM RESTORE FROM SLB

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If an unused user catalog exists on a target or source volume it
  will not be discovered when the SLB is created and consequently
  it will not be unallocated during Restore from SLB processing,
  causing the Restore to fail with 'ARY0154E - Enque of user
  cat nnn failed.'
