  When a PERFORM UNTIL statement will never be executed, the
  compiler was ignoring part of its internal data, and then
  failing when the state of the data was unexpected.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was updated to tolerate a PERFORM UNTIL statement
  that will never be executed.
