Error description

• The DBRMLIB for ALASQL2A will not bind if the APPLCOMPAT is less
  than V12R1M100. This APAR modifies the CLIST to set the
  APPLCOMPAT for ALASQL2A to V12R1M100 to allow the DBRM to bind.
