  This APAR adds the following keywords that enhance conditional
  reorganization feature: CR.EVALINDEX, CR.IC, CR.UNLOAD
  The PTFs for the following APARs must be applied to the related
  products:

   APAR PI92978 for IMS HP Image Copy V4R2 (FMID: H1J0420)

  The following new topics have been added:
  CR.EVALINDEX keyword
   Use this keyword to additionally evaluate secondary index data
   sets when the Conditional Reorganization Support Service (CRSS)
   evaluates database data sets to determine the reorganization
   need. This keyword is effective only when all of the following
   conditions are met:
   - CONDREORG(Y), CONDREORG(Y,DIAGONLY), or
     CONDREORG(Y,REORGDIAG) is specified
   - If the database is a HALDB, PSINDEXBLD(Y) is specified
   Specify one of the following values:
   - CR.EVALINDEX(Y): The CRSS evaluates not only the primary
    database but also the secondary indexes. Diagnosis reports are
    created for both the primary database and the secondary
    indexes. If the reorganization policy that is applied to the
    secondary indexes uses the rule whose action is set to REORG,
    the CRSS takes into consideration the evaluation results of
    the secondary indexes to determine the reorganization need. If
    the CRSS determines that one or more of the secondary indexes
    need reorganization, the primary database is reorganized and
    all the secondary indexes are rebuilt even when the primary
    database does not require reorganization.
   - CR.EVALINDEX(N): The CRSS does not evaluate secondary indexes
    and Diagnosis reports are not created for secondary indexes.
   Default value:  N
  CR.IC keyword
   Use this keyword to create image copies of database data sets
   or HALDB partitions even if the Conditional Reorganization
   Support Service (CRSS) determines that reorganization is not
   needed. This keyword is effective only when all of the
   following conditions are met:
   - CONDREORG(Y) is specified
   - IMS High Performance Image Copy is available
   - ICEIN keyword is specified
   Specify one of the following values:
   - CR.IC(ALWAYS): Creates image copies of all the database data
    sets or HALDB partitions regardless of whether the data sets
    or HALDB partitions are reorganized.
   - CR.IC(COND): Creates image copies of only the data sets or
    HALDB partitions that are reorganized.
   Default value:  COND
  CR.UNLOAD keyword
   Use this keyword to create the HD unload file even when the
   Conditional Reorganization Support Service (CRSS) determines
   that reorganization is not needed. This keyword is effective
   only when all of the following conditions are met:
   - CONDREORG(Y) is specified
   - IMS High Performance Unload and IMS High Performance Load are
    available
   - DFSUINPT DD statement is specified
   Specify one of the following values:
   - CR.UNLOAD(ALWAYS): Creates an HD unload file that contains
    data from all the database data sets or HALDB partitions
    regardless of whether the data sets or HALDB partitions are
    reorganized.
   - CR.UNLOAD(COND): Creates an HD unload file that contains data
    from reorganized database data sets or HALDB partitions.
   Default value:  COND

    the reorganization process for the primary database and the
    rebuilding process for all the secondary indexes.
   System action: Processing continues.

  HRF01627I  Image copies are taken because CR.IC(ALWAYS) is
  specified
   Explanation: The Conditional Reorganization Support Service
    (CRSS) determined that the database does not need to be
    reorganized. IMS Online Reorganization Facility does not
    reorganize the database but it creates image copies of the
    primary database because CR.IC(ALWAYS) is specified.
