Error description

• Add the following IFCID related to some audit trace classes:
  Class 1, Access attempts denied due to inadequate authorization.
  This default class is also activated when you omit the CLASS
  keyword from the START TRACE command when you start the audit
  trace. IFCID 0140
  Class 2, Explicit GRANT and REVOKE.  IFCID 0141
  Class 3, CREATE, ALTER, and DROP operations against audited
  tables. IFCID 0142
  Class 4, First change of audited object. IFCID 0143
  Class 5, First read of audited object. IFCID 0144
  Class 8, Utilities, IFCIDs 0023, 0024, 0025, 0219, 0220
