Error description

• DB2_GROUP_NAME for the dynamic SQL text table CQM_SUMM_TEXT in
  the performance history database is not populated.
  This is used to run reports and all other tables with content
  get DB2_GROUP_NAME are populated.
  This APAR enables DB2_GROUP_NAME to be populated in
  CQM_SUMM_TEXT.
