PI90985: HPU TO BE ABLE TO PUT THE NULL INDICATOR GROUPED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE RECORD

Error description

• In the CA OUTPUT FORMAT VARIABLE, all the null indicators (one
  byte for each nullable
  column to tell if the column contains a NULL value or not) are
  located all together at the
  beginning of the record, before all the columns.
  
  This is something that we cannot do in the HPU syntax, simply
  because the only possibility is to say that the null indicator
  is either just before or just after the column itself.
  This is possible with CA compatibility syntax but not with HPU
  "native" syntax.
