  This APAR forward-fits the following DBSP V2.1 APARs to ORF V1.1
  PI90103: ORF sample job HRFCAPJ1 fails with RC=8 after IMS APAR
          PI79919 is applied
  PI91533: ORF job can get DFS672I message followed by x'FFE'
          abend on IMS V15
  Below are the summaries of the problems:
  - ORF sample job HRFCAPJ1, which enables the CICS and ODBA
   applications pause feature, fails with RC=8 after the
   maintenance for IMS V13 APAR PI79919 is applied.
  - After the maintenance for IMS V15 APAR PI83450 is applied, ORF
   job can get DFS672I message followed by abend with system
   completion code 'FFE'.

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made to ORF:
  - The HRFYINST program is modified so that it can parse the
   DFSDASP0 member correctly regardless of whether the maintenance
   for IMS V13 APAR PI79919 is applied or not.
  - ORF is modified to use the DFSIDEF0 module that is based on
   the one loaded from the STEPLIB concatenation.
