PI90725: DB2 RECOVERY EXPERT INCORRECTLY SELECTING THE OLDER CHECKPOINT IF THE RBA/LRSN IS EXPANDED

Error description

• During creation of an SLB, DB2 Recovery Expert issues a
  checkpoint and reads the BSDS to retrieve the previous
  checkpoint.  If the RBA/LRSN is expanded, DB2 Recovery Expert
  incorrectly sorting the list of checkpoints and as a result
  not selecting the previous checkpoint. This results in a
  subsequent RESTORE SYSTEM LOGONLY using a checkpoint
  that may be months old.
