* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: MQMONITORS being used to control the    *
*                      MQ CKTI transaction will sometimes fail *
*                      to startup.                             *
****************************************************************
Users running CICS as a job rather than a started task on a z/OS
V2.2 system may find that in some cases the MQMONITOR they
have set up to control their MQ CKTI transaction may not start
up.
This is because the WLMHEALTH value being reported by the
MVS WLM may be invalid.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • DFHMNSU has been fixed to ensure the correct WLMHEALTH
value is always returned.
