  A CRENT restore placed after a DLL call to CICS which could
  exception branch to an exception handler specificed in HANDLE
  CONDITION was causing incorrect control flow in the compiler
  causing an assertion when checking for correctness.

• The compiler was updated to properly handle a CRENT restore
  after a DLL call that can exception branch.
