Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Method setKeepMessages(true) from Flash *
*                      class does not work correctly when a    *
*                      commandButton uses the immediate="true" *
*                      attribute                               *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

When setKeepMessages() method from javax.faces.context.Flash is
set to true in the action of a commandButton with attribute
immediate set to true, messages do not persist the Request-
Redirect-Post cycle.

Problem conclusion

The JSF MyFaces 2.0 code was updated to allow messages to be
displayed when
commandButton has attribute immediate set to true.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack WebSphere Application Server
8.0.0.15 and 8.5.5.14 as well as WebSphere Liberty 17.0.0.4.
