When a sub-program called by PROCEDURE-POINTER returns, the
COBOL runtime library sets the Writable Static Area (WSA)
address incorrectly for the caller program, leading to
subsequent S0C4 ABEND in IGZXPRS1. This error occurs when the
caller program and sub-program are residing in different
    Program Objects.
