Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: IMS Library Integrity Utilities for z/OS, * * Version 2 Release 2 (FMID=H27P220) users * * who use IBM IMS Administration Tool. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR enables LIU which runs under * * IMS Administration Tool to provide * * enhancements for IMS Administration * * Tool. These are effective with IMS * * Administration APAR PI88592, PI90085 * * and PI90728. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. * **************************************************************** This APAR enables LIU which runs under IMS Administration Tool to provide the enhancements for IMS Administration Tool. All of the features are effective when three PTFs for IMS Administration Tool's APAR PI88592, PI90085 and PI90728 are applied to IMS Administration Tool. The details are as follows. The terminologies and several messages are improved to match with terminologies described in IMS user's guide. IMS SPUFI program view is improved. DB PCB EXTERNALNAME is displayed on DB Schema prior to PCB label or DB PCB NAME when it is defined. EXTERNALNAME defined in DBD SEGM statement is displayed on Table prior to PCB SENSEG name. If no SENFLD is defined for DB PCB SENSEG, all of the FIELDs defined for DBD SEGM statement are listed on Column. Authority is displayed for each Field. Existing restriction of IMS catalog analysis is removed. When the following condition met, IMS catalog analysis is performed for IMS systems running in a different LPAR. IMS data sharing group of IMS Administration Tool is created and IMS systems is registered to the group. The IRLM of one of the IMS systems in the group is defined to the LPAR where the IMS Tools Base Distributed Access Infrastructure (DAI) server is running.
