Error description
Check Feeders feature has changed from 10.2.2 to PA 2.0.x. It flags cells as "not fed" where there is no underfeeding that has happened. This feature is used by TM1 Developers to identify where underfeeding is causing an incorrect consolidated result to be calculated. Using Check Feeders, the "not fed" flag should only be set if the cell is BOTH, not fed AND has a non-zero leaf value. This was the useful behavior in TM1-versions before like 10.2.2. Now with PA 2.0.x this behavior of the Check Feeders feature seems broken.
