  *                 Repository server.                           *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The security checks performed by the    *
  *                      Repository server are not in sync with  *
  *                      those documented in the Configuration   *
  *                      Guide.                                  *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Install the PTF for PI88791 and restart      *
  *                 the Repository server.                       *

  The root cause of IMS Tools Knowledge Base error messages
  could not be properly determined. This resulted from security
  access failure messages being suppressed and undocumented
  security profiles being checked.
