Error description

• After turning history collection on in e3270 ui, customer
  experienced multiple KO2D0001E messages in the collector address
  space. History Collection can also be turned on from TEP.
  

Local fix

• Turn off history collection or APPLY PTF.

  *                      Statistics are always zero, except for  *
  *                      the Write FORCE Requests and Write WAIT *
  *                      Requests, which are the same as the     *
  *                      actual Value.  Delta values for the     *
  *                      Enhanced 3270 UI EDM Pool Statistics    *
  *                      are always zero.                        *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

  An internal collection type was not being updated
  properly.  Queries within the Enhanced 3270 UI Log Manager
  Statistics and EDM Pool Statistics panels caused the time
  interval to be zero.  Deltas were not being computed for Write
  FORCE Requests and Write WAIT Requests.
  

Problem conclusion

• Correct the collection type logic and change the query logic in
  the Enhanced 3270 UI KDPEDMB and KDPLOGSB panels so that the
  interval and deltas display correctly.  Compute deltas for Write
  FORCE Requests and Write WAIT Requests.
