    * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM IMS Tools Base for z/OS *
    *                 Version 1 Release 6 (FMID: HAHN160) who use  *

    ****************************************************************
    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Policy Services ISPF User Interface *
    * adds a function to change actions of *
    *                      rules in policies.                      *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    The Policy Services ISPF User Interface could not update actions
    of rules specified in a policy.
    For example, Rule IBM.IX_CICA_SPLIT.10 in the policy
    SYS.DBDTYPE.INDEX has following thresholds and actions.
      Threshold: LOW  Action: MESSAGE
      Threshold: MED  Action: MESSAGE
      Threshold: HIGH Action: INDEXBLD
    The user could not change action of HIGH threshold from INDEXBLD
    to REORG, even if the user wants to change.
    This enhancement enables users to change actions of rules
    specified in policies.
    This enhancement is being implemented as a result of RFE
    requirements 107037.

    A new policy package IBM.DBDTYPE.FFDBALL is provided. This
    policy specifies all types of full function databases and their
    index databases.

    This APAR also handles following problems.
    1. When the Policy Services ISPF User Interface gets an internal
    error, it gets S0CF abend in module BSNWA010. This enhancement
    includes the fix to call termination API correctly.
    2. When the user selects a rule in Policy Rules Selection panel,
    cancel the select, then re-select same rule, the rule is
    specified in duplicate. This enhancement includes the fix not to
    duplicate the rule.
