  The OpenID Connect Relying Party (RP) is never setting the
  secure flag on the set of temporary cookies called
  OIDCREQURL_*.
  

Problem conclusion

• The OIDC RP is updated to set the secure flag on the
  OIDCREQURL_* cookies if the OIDC property
  provider_<id>.httpsRequired=true.
  
  No sensitive data is contained in the OIDCREQURL cookie.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.15, 8.5.5.14, and 9.0.0.8.  Please refer to the
