  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1. Users with XML GENERATE or PARSE     *

  *                      environment, there can be a out of      *
  *                      storage ABEND due to memory leak.       *

  *                      related to runtime enablement for the   *
  *                      new Enterprise COBOL V6R2 release.      *

  1. Processing of XML GENERATE or PARSE has been updated to use
  library heap for temporary memory required for the processing
  work, instead of user heap.
