Error description

• CEXTECL may overlay storage if an input message from the Soap
  Gateway fails to be converted due to a converter error. The
  storage overlay may be preceded by ICON message HWSA0345E
  ADAPTER HWSXMLA0 ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR: R=???
  The IRM trace code x'A4' in module CEXTECL has been updated to
  recognize that the routine has been called after a failure of
  the XML converter process and to cater for the 4 byte rather
  than 2 byte application data length field.
