PI86350: IMS PA IN-FLIGHT PROCESSING TO RUN WITHOUT REQUIRING THE BMPSYNC(YES) OPTION

Error description

• IMS PA in-flight processing is changed to honor the specified
  BMPSYNC parameter option. If BMPSYNC is not specified then
  the default of BMPSYNC(NO) will be applied.
  If BMPSYNC(YES) is specified it is recommended that TRANSTAT=YES
  is activated to collect type x'56FA' transaction accounting
  statistics records, particularly for long-running BMPs. This
  ensures that CPU usage and DLI call activity per transaction are
  accurate.
  
  IMS PA is being enhanced here as a result of RFE 108809.
