PI85815: LOADER GETS AN RC4 ON A LOAD WHEN ROWS ARE DISCARDED. THIS APAR WILL PROVIDE AN OPTION TO PRODUCE AN RC=8 ON DISCARDS.

Error description

• The Loader produces a RC=4 on a load when rows are discarded.
  This behavior mimics the DB2 Load Utility which also returns a
  RC=4 on discards. This enhancement will provide an option that
  will cause the Loader to produce a user supplied RC in cases
  when DB2 LOAD discards rows that the Loader has already
  delivered to the IDAA. Note that this new option does not change
  the RC when a row is discarded from both DB2 and the IDAA.
