APAR status

Error description

• The customer's AutoInstall exit URM has returned a commarea
  containing PGAC_RETURN_CODE containing x'F2' - REJECTED_BY_EXIT.
  DFHPGAI sets:
  pgai_response = pgai_exception;
  pgai_reason = pgai_rejected_by_exit;
  .
  DFHPGLD tests for pgai_rejected_by_exit and sets
  pgld_program_not_defined;
  .
  Later DFHPGLD tests both; pgld_program_not_defined and
  tried_public_ppt. These are both true.
  This drives code to locate a public ppte for the program
  despite the autoinstall program rejecting the program install.
  Resulting in a Program Lock on a PGWE and PPTE causing a
  DSSR SUSPEND SUSPEND_TOKEN(pgwe_suspend_token)
  RESOURCE_NAME(ppte_program_name), where ppte_program_name
  is a hex address and not the name of the program being
  installed.

  An application program issues EXEC CICS LOAD.
  Program autoinstall is active, and a customised Autoinstall
  Autoinstall Exit (PGAIEXIT) sets return code
  PGAC_RETURN_DONT_DEFINE_PROGRAM.
  CICS Program Manager does not recognise that the program was
  not loaded, and continues processing without a valid PPTE
  control block, causing unpredictable results.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHPGLD has been changed to terminate cleanly, passing PGMIDERR
  or an AEI0 abend back to the application which issued the
  EXEC CICS LOAD.
