Error description

• This enhancement entails the move of the complied filter code
  from the IMS control region CTX TCB where the filter calls are
  single threaded, to the application area, where calls to the
  filter may be made concurrently by each executing IMS region
  (BMP, IFP, MPP etc). The removal of the single threaded bottle
  neck will greatly improve  DLI call though-put when using the
  IMS TAP product by permitting a quicker recognition of DLI calls
  to be not audited and thereby avoiding unnecessary transfers of
  data from the application to the IMS control region CTX TCB.
